Johanna and David Kisner are the Principal Ecologists of KR&EC and assist on many projects within the RIVRLab. Collectively they have nearly 40 years of experience and have been working together for over eleven years. KR&EC is a certified woman-owned business enterprise (WBE) by the Supplier Clearinghouse for the California Public Utilities Commission. KR&EC has extensive biological experience in a wide range of habitats primarily in California from the Central and South Coast inland through the Mojave and Sonoran Deserts. They continually strive to enhance our biological expertise and keep up with changing methods and knowledge in order to provide quality services resulting in cost effective, efficient, and successful projects.
